About Kimberley Ervans

Hi there! I'm Kimberley, and I bring over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, having contributed to more than 4,000 transactions along the way. I started my journey from the ground up- beginning at the front desk, working as an assistant, earning my real estate license, and ultimately growing into my current role as Realtor® and Office Manager here at Prime + Property.

In my position, I help manage the day-to-day operations of the brokerage, while also supporting clients as they buy or sell their homes. Whether it's coordinating logistics behind the scenes or guiding someone through one of life's biggest decisions, I take pride in bringing a calm, organized, and client-focused approach to every transaction.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three and my kids’ #1 fan—cheering on my son at soccer games and my daughter at pom competitions. We love spending time at our lake cabin up north, and if you ever want to talk Disney, I’m your girl—Disney World in Florida is hands-down my favorite getaway!
